If you are having problems with your ring doorbell not connecting to your WiFi network, check if the following steps have been done correctly. 1 Make sure that the power cord is plugged into the wall outlet. 2 Make sure that the wireless router is turned on. 3 Check if the wireless router is connected to the internet. 4 Make sure that the range extender is properly installed. 5 Make sure that the signal strength indicator is explaining green light. 6 Make sure that the ring doorbell is within the range of the wireless router. 7 Make sure that the connection between the ring doorbell and the wireless router is secure. 8 Make sure that the password of the wireless router is correct. 9 Make sure that the security setting of the wireless router is set to WPA2 PSK. 10 Make sure that the firewall is disabled. 11 Make sure that the port forwarding is enabled.
