How to repair

To fix the problem, you need to check if the fuse is blown. Check the fuses located near the main circuit board. If the fuse is not blown, check the wiring harness. Make sure the wire connectors are properly connected. Also, check the connection between the motor and the controller. If the above steps didn’t help, try replacing the fuse. If the fuse still doesn’t work, replace the main board.

Defective carburetor

There are two types of carburetors; float and venturi. A float carburetor works on the principle of fuel being drawn into the air intake manifold by the vacuum created by the engine’s movement through the air. This vacuum draws the fuel from the float bowl into the air intake manifold. As the fuel passes through the air intake manifold, it is mixed with air and becomes a mixture of fuel and air. This mixture enters the combustion chamber where it ignites. The resulting explosion forces the piston downward, compressing the air/fuel mixture within the cylinder. The compressed mixture is forced out of the exhaust port and back into the air intake manifold, completing the cycle. A venturi carburetor works on a different principle. It uses a curved tube called a venturi to draw air into the air intake manifold instead of creating a vacuum. The venturi creates a partial vacuum in the air intake manifold, drawing air into the air intake passage. Fuel is injected directly into the airstream entering the air intake manifold. Because the fuel mixes with the air stream, the resulting mixture burns cleaner and produces fewer emissions.

Bad Gas
