Vitamix E320 at a glance

The Vitamix 320, on the other hand, is based on the Explorer series by Vitamix. This is a very traditional blender and an amazing option, especially for those looking for a blender on a budget.

However, make no mistake, despite the relatively low price, this blender is a slim machine. In fact, it is solidly built and impresses with its performance.

For example, this model is equipped with the reliable 2.2hp motor we’ve seen on some high-end and high-end Vitamics models.

In addition to power, the e320 has a large pot capacity and pairs with the 7500. Overall, common to all Explorer and Vitamics blenders, the 320 is an amazing option for cooking enthusiasts and everyday connoisseurs.

At the low price of $ 320, you can enjoy efficient mixing without digging deep in your pockets.

Similarities between Vitamix 7500 and e320

There are many similarities between the two models; After all, it’s the same brand.

Launcher

The Vitamix 7500 and e320 jars are made of the highest quality Eastman Tritan copolyester. The material construction of the jugs makes them durable and heat resistant.

They are transparent and allow easy monitoring while the mixture is cooking. Jugs are 64 oz. Capacity.

While the size of the decanter is appropriate for medium to large surfaces, it is not a good option for those looking for a smaller space.

However, despite the comparable size between the two blends, the Vitamix 7500 generally has a wider base than the e302.

Unlike the e320’s extended 18-inch height, the widened base provides a slim 7.7-inch height.

Despite the different heights in between, they are easy to store and even fit on medium shelves.

In terms of design, it should be noted that both models differ in weight. The 7500 weighs 12.5 pounds, and the E320 weighs 10.5 pounds.

However, the 2 pound weight difference is very small and can be difficult to manage.

Blades

The blades are one of the key parts of the blender. They play an important role in crushing and rotating objects at high speed.

Therefore, the blades should be made of more durable and high-quality materials. The Vitamix 7500 and e320 are made of laser cut stainless steel hammer blades.

These knives are very reliable and cut your stuff efficiently. To ensure maximum contact with food, the blades of these units are extended to a maximum of 4 inches.

This contrasts with the standard 3 inch blades we see on many blenders.

Engine

While having a reliable blade and a large size jug is a bonus, without the support of a powerful motor your blender won’t pack much.

The blender motor is the driving force and provides the energy needed to rotate the blades and crush fruit and vegetables. Fortunately, both Vitamix models have a powerful 2.2hp engine under the hood.

A 2.2 HP engine can produce 12 amps. I will not get into the energy sector too much, but I know that this amber is also enough to work with hard materials.

The powerful motor allows you to mix and match with high efficiency and reliability. Both models are still on, but have a 120V power supply, which means they are ready to go as they are powered from a standard household outlet.

Programs and systems

One of the best things about these models is the ease of use. Both methods come with a speed dial number with ten different speed settings.

The speed of these units provides versatility and allows you to achieve the combination you want when wearing any type of anointing.

It allows the blender to be processed at different speeds depending on the desired texture and consistency. It facilitates the preparation of salsa, desserts and sauces.

Cleaning

Some users find the cleaning process difficult in both models because the pots are not dishwasher safe. In fact, both units are self-cleaning.

Just fill the jars halfway with water and add drops of soap to wash your favorite dishes. Then turn on the blender and let it clean itself before rinsing it with clean water.

Differences between Vitamix 7500 and e320

Platform

The 7500 and e320 are manufactured on different platforms. The E320 is an Explorer model while the 7500 is based on the G series or the next generation series.

Explorers series

Older Explorer Vitamics models including the E310 and E320. These are so-called budget options, but they also have a short guarantee.

However, the E320 is perfect for producing large to medium sized sets, thanks to its large 64-ounce pot. Explorer models are compatible with 32oz and 48oz models, fitting most standard 18 inch cabinets.

G series

The G series is part of the classic Vitamix series. These are the first generation modern models on the market. They have a very modernized look, intuitive controls and simple design.

Noise level

One of the unique additions to the G series is what Vitomix calls improved airflow management. This new feature combines noise reduction technology, vibration resistance and design features to help reduce noise generation.

According to the manufacturer, the Vitamix 7500 has a noise reduction of 40 to 50% compared to other models, including the E320.

Verdict: Vitamix 7500 or E320

One thing is for sure; Both models are performance-oriented. They both share the same pitch, length, material and strength, which in my opinion is a combined performance factor.

However, it should be remembered that it is the additional ingredients that often make the product unique. With the 7500, you’ll get a better unit, especially when it comes to sound power.

While this is not a big deal, it really matters to people who are very sensitive to sound. But does the noise canceling feature justify the addition? The choice is yours. (See what others have to say on Amazon)
